Q.

how to wean baby

i am a working mom, but every night i breast feed my 16-month-old. that is really the only way she falls asleep when i am around. i would like to get her off the breast. firstly because i am usually so tired when i get home and spend up to three hours with her on the breast. then during the day she doesn't want to drink milk. i am worried about this because i produce very little for her.

There are no easy answers, but at this age the best would probably be to restrict the time first (eg. 30 min to drink before going to bed only) and then to stop it completely after a few weeks/months.
