Q.

How to stop bottle and dummy???

I am sending this letler on behalf of my sister, as she does not have internet access. She has a little girl that will be 4 years old in August. She goes to a daymother the has a lot of babies.
She still want to be a baby the whole time, I think that is her one problem. She does not want to leave her dummie and her bottle. She drinks 4 to 6 bottles during the night.
She complains of headaches. How does she get her of the bottle and the dummie? Do you think the headache has got anything to do with the the fact that she drinks so much during the night.
Please can you give us some advise on this difficult subject, as she does not know what to do anymore!!

This is difficult and at 4 years your sister really needs to start sorting her daughter's problem out. She will have to simply stop the night bottles. Give her a cup of milk before bedtime and that is it. Even if she cries and performs at first just go to her, see that she is alright and leave the room immediately. She must do the same with the dummy.
