Q.

how to get my child to eat more

Hi i have a six year old that wont eat she eats fine two days a week and the rest of the time she wants only peanut butter sandwitch, she is getting very weak, i'm sure it's because of the tv, which i have just now stoped her from watching, please any info that you can give me on pick up tonics and vitamins will be appreciated, or how i can get her to eat. thanx

The most improtant things are the basics. Children should be physically active (NOT sit in front of the TV all day!), they should not have snacks, chips or sweets in between. They should be offered a healthy balanced diet only. There are no syrups or tablets that can replace these simple truths.

You could try getting her active and outside, that should increase her appetitie which will make her eat.
