Q.

How much sleep?

How much sleep does my 18 month old son needs? He is still waking up at night (1 to 2 times) for a bottle (i started giving him rooibostea at night) His current sleeping routine - nap from 12 to 2, and then bedtime is at 7:30 pm - he is usually asleep at 8:00 pm - then wakes up around 00:30 am for a bottle, and again around 04:00 am for a bottle. What to do? I am a full time working mom - need more sleep!!

Really would appreciate help on this!!

The problem is the two late night wakenings. This is very difficult to stop.Try and give him as much as he will take at the midnight feed. He will eventually settle down. There is no way of reasoning with a child of this age.
