Q.

how much milk

my son turns one tomorrow. He currently drinks 3 x 200ml bottles a day. SHould I start cutting this down? And to how much? thanks

He needs approximately 100ml of fluid for every kilo he weighs per day.You should certainly not cut down on his milk now. He can change to a full cream milk now. He should be drinking water, rooibos tea and diluted fruit juice as well.

My daughter drinks 4x300ml this includes at night as well, as she no longer breat feed at night as she just wants her bottle, i think she's dring too much, i buy almost 6 tins of S26 a month.
