How do you get a 2 year old to eat? Always sick!

My 2 year old never eats (although it feels like it). How can I get her to eat her vegetables and meat? She has never in her 2 years of life touched meat or chicken or fish. She does not eat vegetables and she is always sick. She will never get better if she does not eat right. She' s in a creche and they say she does eat, but just not meat. She is ±  13 kg. She wants to drink milk all the time or tea (to fill her up cause I' m sure she' s hungry). She does not sleep well at all and I think it' s the casue of her not eating properly. I want to know if there is anyone out there that can give me advice please. she needs to get it right now and she' s such a stubborn little one. Please help!!!

i believe paedisure milk/formula is good for boosting things like appetite and giving her the nutrients like iron that she not getting from meat, not sure where to get paedisure as i have looked for it myself?

My little boy is 2yrs 5 m and weighs 11kg also fussy eater. you need to puree the meat in a processor machine and then add it to whatever food he does like and eat, that way she wont know its in there, maybe its the texture of the meat she does not like, if she like gravy then add pureed meat and veg to gravy, add veg to soups or if she eats bread then put pureed meat and veg on the bread and then add the cheese or whatever she likes to hide it that way u know she is getting these foods in, also just leave the plate there and dont watch her, only secretly so she wont choke and leave it for some time where she can go to the plate and eat herself in the meantime you must eat and make like you SO enjoying your food so that she sees thi, this is what works for my boy, also stubborn will eat when he is ready moslty when we not ready and lookin then you find him sitting at the plate, also make the carrots or peas or veg into funny faces on the plate to ammuse her, probably play with it but its worth the try,. also give scotts emulsion as its a good multivitamin for the winter
