HELP - need sleep

Hi there. My 21 week old little boy is not sleeping through. I know it is not expected, but i am exhausted. He doesnt not really sleep through the day - takes a nap in the morning and a nap in the afternoon. We bath him at about 6:30 and then he feeds ( I AM BREASTFEEDING) and then he will go to sleep till about 8:30 or so then up, another feed and then he sleeps till about 11 or 11:30, and then up every hour on the hour after that. It is really frustrating. His birthweight was 3.18kg and he now weight 8.44kg. I have started him on solids now - giving him purity in the mornings - veggie and afternoon - fruit and also giving him cerelac cereal (just add water). I dont know what to do anymore. On the odd occasion he has slept through waking once, possibly twice, so i know it is possible, but i for the life of me dont know why every hour now. Every time he wakes i feed him. He seems to be very hungry. Is there anything i can do to help him feel fuller for longer - i think this might help him sleep for longer periods! Thank you

Your baby started off slightly below average as far as his weight is concerned and his now his weight is far above the average for his age. In fact his weight is on the 91st percentile [the top 9% for baby boys of 21 weeks!] So whatever his problem is he is thriving! He seems to be one of those ever hungry babies who cannot seem to get enough milk or solids. No other problem seems to be present as his weight gain is excellent. You have started solids and he is on a pretty good diet for a 21 week old baby.He may benefit from a top-up with a formula especially when he wakes for the first time at night. Use a formula such as Lactogen1 which is casein-rich and is suitable for hungry babies.

I have a 4yr old and twins of 18 months.
He might just be going threw a growth spur
You also need to get some sleep - ask someone (family/friends/husband) to help u out just 4 1 night
