Help I am tired

I have a 22 week old daughter, and 29 month old boy. My daughter is very hiper, doesn't sleep during the day and used to sleep well during the night but now wakes up about 2 times. My boy is teething his last wisdom tooth and also wakes up 2 - 3 times a night. After I washed up and finished washing the bottles I get to bed about 10:30. My husband has to get up to go to work at 3:30. What can I do to help these two and myselve to sleep at night. At the moment my girl wakes up 23:00 and 03:00 and usually then 06:00. My boy wakes up about 01:00 and 04:00, so I really don't have hours to sleep. Is there anything I can give my boy to get that tooth out or anything I can do to get my girl to sleep through. I work a normal 8 hour shift a day. My boy goes to creche and my girl stays with my mother.

I am sure that you know that I am very much against using sedatives in infants and young children. Your baby daughter's routine is normal at this stage. You can give your son something for his teething pain such as Panado syrup.
I am sure that our regular forum members will have some advice for you.You seem to have an exhausting routine at present and your husband having to get up at 3:30 does not help matters.

Thanks, I don't use sedatives on the children only homeopathic calming tablets (Natura's Rescue Tablets) and not every day only every now and then. My daughter is sleeping 15 - 30 minutes at a time during the day, for about 3 times a day and refuses to sleep any other time during the day. And my husband is working on some weekends as well, and as soon as I try to sleep my boy comes to wake me. I saw yesterday the last molar came out so maybe within a week or so he will sleep a little better.

Babies do not develop wisdom teeth, so assume you mean a back molar? You need to be patient, they both sound perfectly normal. Try napping when they do on weekends and get yourself a good tonic to help build up your system.
