has anyone tried sleep training

has anyone ever tied sleep training. I was advised by my paed to give it a try. Apparently this lady comes out to your house and stays over for two nights and teaches you how to keep your child asleep.

My paed confirmed that the one he refers to does NOT use the crying method.

but this is going to cost me about R2500 so before i do this i want to know has anyone tried this and what has your success rate been.

WOw that' s expensive. I tried baby love and that worked like a bomb! YOu go to a talk and get a booklet and follow-up help if needed, it' s really been great. The whole thing only costs a few hundred Rand. My 15-month old is sleeping through since 2 months! You can find them on the internet - baby love dot com.

Good luck!

That' s expensive! You can do it yourself, they train within a week. Buy Super Nanny' s book.
