Q.

Growing pains

My daughter (4) appears to be suffering from growing pains lately. She complains, and sometimes wake up, from painful legs or feet, mostly at night or after going to sleep. Is there anything we can do/give her to ease the pain?

This does sound like typical growing pains which usually start at this age and appear to be common in little girls. A mild analgesic such as Panado or Calpol usually helps a lot and a single dose is all that is requiresd when necessary.
