Grommets

Hi there ,Someone please help me with information regarding the procudere of inserting Grommets.I've been to the specialist and he said i'ts likely that it will happen.My baby is 9 months old and has had a ear problem since birth.We've givin him antibiotics but doesn't seem to wrk and he has a cold with a high fever.
