The most important thing is to establish a healthy balanced diet. If a child is active and growing well one does not need to force a child to eat, but it is extremely important not to give sweets, chips and cookies, except on special occasions, because these suppress the appetite. If a child eats healthy, lots of fruit and vegetables, no supplements are needed. I cannot recommend a single supplement that is superior to the other.
