Q.

Gastro

I have a 2 year old daughter who is suffering from Gastro. It's the second time now. At first she was vomiting and had a loose stools but now she's only having loose stools. I took her to the doctor last week and she was given anti biotics and she has finished the course but there's no change in her situation. What worries me the most is that she doesn't wanna eat and she doesn't wanna drink at times and she has lost a lot of wait. I'm taking her to the doctor again today. Tell me what do I have to do in this situation ? I'm so worried doctor.

Regards
Lolly

Gastro is a viral infection that occurs commonly this time of the year and it does not respond to anti-biotic treatment. The normal duration is five to seven days, but if it persists for longer or if your child becomes dehydrated or ill in any way, this will require evaluation by your doctor.

Good day Doc,
She's been to a doctor twice and it's almost 3 weeks now since she's been sick and she's used both treatments. She doesn't wanna eat but she's active and not dehydrated. What do you think I can do ?
