fussy eater

my daughter is 3 years old and she is a really fussy eater and only eats certain things being, bacon, fried eggs, apple, banana, yoghurt, fish fingers, hot dogs, chicken sticks and spaghetti and macoroni and cucumber. Anything else she will not even try and just says i dont want it. it is so frustrating and i am so worried she wont eat it later in life. i have got her on viral guard and she is growing beautifully. should i worry and how could i get her to eat?

Your daughter's diet is restricted but you say that she is growing well. Often children of this age go through a stage of not eating well. Do not try to force her to eat and don't plead with her. She must join the family at all mealtimes. Put her food in front of her and let her get on with eating. Don't say a word if she doesnt finish all her food, she will eat what she wants. After a while she will start eating a wider range of foods. Stick to healthy food wherever possible.
