The Nido seems to have started this problem off. At her age she should be on regular cow's milk but in fact it is more important for her to be on a full mixed diet with lots of vegetables, fruit and coarse grains such as whole wheat products. Make sure that she drinks fruit juices as well. It is still a good idea to dilute these fruit juices using half water and half fruit juice. If this does not help she may have to go on to a stlool softening preparation such as Duphalac.
