Dear Doc, my 7mnths old does not like milk. He used to drink it , but by the time he turned 3 mnths I could see he just drink because he doesn''t have a choice. Now that he is on solids he compltely refuses his milk. We are lucky if he drinks atleast 300ml a day. I''ve even tried to flavour his milk but nothing
As a result he was constipated last week and I realised that its because fluid intake is so little.I have since iincreased his water and diluted juice intake. He takes his cereal (with milk), friut and vege very well. My worry is his calcium intake besided the milk he has with his cereal. What must do?

You have a problem because he should have milk as his main source of nutrition.Offer him his formula first before he gets his solids. Try to find a fomula that he may like such a NAN Pelargon. It is important to make sure that he is gaining weight.Continue with his solids and fruit as you mention here. He will probably get enough in the way of calcium with his diet but you can also start giving him yoghurt which will help with extra calcium.
