Hi Doc my son will be 9 months soon, everyone says he is too fat, because of the Nan HA he is on since birth, (it was my own choice of milk, it wasn't due to him having allergies) would it be a good idea, to change his formula at this age!!! he doesn't eat alot he has his porridge in the morning, rooibos tea, lunch a pot of purity, pudding, then supper, and for the whole day including the evening he only has 4-5 bolltles, his father is quite big built so maybe he inherited that from him?? also i've tried giving him cooked food but he makes himself nauseous then brings it up, does that mean he is not ready yet???

It is highly unlikely that NAN HA is causing your baby to put on too much weight. He seems to be healthy baby who is probably taking after his father in that he is a big child for his age. His diet seems appropriate for his age.He will start eating food that you prepare as he gets a bit older but you need to make sure that it is mashed very fine when you offer it to him.
