Foods for 6 month old

Hello,

My 6 month old has shown interest in yoghurt. I have put some on the tip of a teaspoon and he liked it. Do you think his digestive system will handle it? Should I watch out for mucous in his nose/throat area if I do give it to him?

I give him cereal for breakfast, liquidised butternut for lunch and liquidised sweet potato for dinner, is there anything else I can give him for a small meal in between? He does not have any teeth yet and choked on the teething biscuits.

Thanks for your advice.

He is on the right food for his age . He is not ready for the yoghurt yet. Only give him soft foods at this stage and don't rush things. His milk is by far his most important food.
