your baby can eat most things at this stage unless there are allergies, i have a nine year old and feed porridge in the morning , lunch can be veg ,carb and meat/chicken, invest in a blender so you can blend them to gather so your baby can eat, cook the fruits and mix with yogurt babies love that. check good recipe' s for baby' s that will help and make you feel good preparing your baby meal

Hi there,

I give my baby porridge for breakfast and then for lunch I rotate:-

I cook butternut, sweet potatoe and the bone from a chicken breast together, the chicken is just for flavour, and then I mash it up, she also sometimes has potatoe, grated carrot, gem squash also with a chicken bone for flavour, when I mash it up I add a tiny bit of flora, just to make it creamier, today I din't have chicken so I put a lamb chop in with potatoe, baby marrow and grated carrot, I hope this helps.
