Q.

Fluid in scrotum

At a 30 week 3D scan, the radiologist said that there was a bit of fluid in the scrotum (depicted as black shaded round circles).
Is this serious, should I be concerned?

This is a very common condition that often resolves spontaneously before delivery or shortly there after. If it persists an urologist may need to do a small operation to correct it, but it should not have any long term detrimental effects.
