Q.

Flu/Cold not going away

Good morning

How can i help my 13months old son get rid of his flu/cold that he has been suffering from for over two weeks now. i took him to the GP already and the medication given didnt help. His little chest is blocked, he throws out sputum, noses blocked and a lot of mucus comming out (frequent running nose), sweating a lot and lost appetite which resulted in him loosing weight.

Thank you for advice.

Try using Salex nose drops twice daily to clear your son's bad cold. Also give him Mucospect syrup 5ml twice daily to clear the mucous from his chest. If he continues to sweat a lot he must be seen by a doctor.
