Q.

flem and coughing

my 10 month old daughter has been suffering with a terrible cough for the past week. She has one tooth that has come out last week. But today she is feaverish, and it looks like her left eye is slightly swollen and redish. She also had very bad breath and runny nose and sneezes. I have been giving her bronchopet aswell as saline nose drops, and lotem for the feaver but it seems to be getting worse.
Could you please help with some advice?

Paediatrician

Your child has a very bad infection which seems to have started as a cold. I am unhappy that she is still feverish after being ill for a week and that her eye appears swollen. She may have pneumonia. It is very important to take her to be seen by her paediatrician ASAP.

Hi i took her to the doc yesterday who just prescribe an antibiotic, bronchopet and iliadin for her nose. She does not
look well at all when i asked the doc what does she have a cold or flu, he simply said a throat infection. My doc wasn't available so this was the first time this doc has seen her. When will she start feeling better i started the antibiotic yesterday.
