Q.

Fever

My boy of 10 months had a fever during the night and was better this morning. He is not "specifically teething", does not have a runny tummy and does not have a cold. What else can cause this?

Paediatrician

This could be due to an ear infection, but if the fever persists be on the lookout for a condition known a Roseola or 'Baby measles'. In any case if the fever recurs please ask your paediatrician to see your baby son.
