Q.

FELL ON HEAD

my daughter 8 and a half months fell out her pram, and her nose has bad carpet burn, and has quite a large bump on the top of her head. i am just concerned, that it could possibly cause problems, etc, - brain swelling etc. she seems to be fine, smiling etc, but the bump is still there. should i take her for extrays??? she is still so small and her skull is soft. the bump is basically where her soft soft spot is.

This is very difficult for me to answer. Ideally you should have your baby seen by a doctor, but she seems to be alright at this stage and is smiling and happy.Watch out for any sign of her becoming drowsy or vomiting or irritable. If she does then immediately take her to see a doctor
