Hi

I give my children yogurt or Purity fruits with oats at night, as they also get a big lunch with meat, rice or potato and veggies.

And then an hour later I give them their bottles to drink and it's of to bed.

They usually sleep through the night and I find that they are not uncomfortable or get hungry until morning.

Hi my baby is also 9 months old - you should switch the main meal of the day to dinner time eg 5pm.
I give m,y baby the purity fruits for lunch or yoghurt and for supper she has the purity 3rd food meals like macaroni, spaghetti, chick and veg, butternut lasagne etc. She needs a variety of different foods to get used to different flavours.
