Q.

Feeding 7 month old baby

My 7 month old baby has been eating home made food for almost a month and she loves it. I have gone from puree to mashed and she preferes this. I want to know, can i give her wat we eat at night, obviously without preservatives, it sounds gross, but lets say i make lasagne, can i mash or puree some for her. She has had most tipes of food already, exept fish and pork.

It sounds as if things are going along well, so there is no problem. Do not start pork or fish at her age.

Your baby should be old enough to eat the same food. Just don't give her anything way out there that might be difficult to digest or give her gas like lots of onion, peppers and cabbage! She'll soon let you know if she doesn't like your pureed lasagne! Good luck.
