EYES

my daughters baby is 12days old,and the babys eyes are
yellow. a blood test was done to check if she had jaundice and the results came back negative. will her eyes clear up.

A little bit of jaundice in the first week or two after delibvery is normal. some breastfed babies may also stay yellow a bit longer, but this resolves with time and the most important thing is to confirm on the blood test that the level is not excessive.

I agree with the doc, both my babies were quite yellow until 3 months and longer. A little sun helps and breaks the BR (Billy Ruben) down. Only 5 or 10 minutes early morning or late afternoon inside the house on a sunny spot, while the baby is sleeping as naked as possible in the sunny spot helped a lot.
