Eye teeth

My LG is 20 months old. She currently has 4 molars (2 top, 2 bottom), 4 front teeth and 4 bottom teeth. However her eye teeth are not even close to coming out. Is this normal, should I just leave them to come out in due course or is this something to be concerned about.

I' ve noticed, most of the other children her age at her creche have their eye teeth and some even younger.

This is rather unusual and it may be a good idea to see a dentist just to be sure that there is no need for concern. The concern is really about the development of her eye teeth in her permanent set of teeth later on.

I wanted to put up a ? to the pead, regarding my LB who is 13 months with 4 front teeth and 4 bottom teeth and over the weekend cut 2 top molars, but no sign of his eye teeth. Would really love to see what the he says about this.
