This is very common but it is important that your son's testes are in the scrotum. Your baby son should be seen by a paediatric surgeon who may find that he has what is known as retractile testes and these will come down by themselves into the scrtum. If the surgeon finds that your son's testes are not retractile then he will need a small operation to correct this problem. Please do not be stressed out about this.
