Effect of porlonged use of medication

I' ve got a step son of 4 yrs and he has been on medication for more than 3 months. The medication that he is on is for asthma, flu and allergies - Deselex deslorattadien, Acc 200 (effervescen) and Sinjulair tablets. Can you please elaborate on this medication as reflected, as it' s been given to him on an ongoing basis. He is able run with ease as a healthy boy with no signs of asthma and runny nose. He is terribly thin and weighs 14.5 kg which is 3 kg more than his baby brother of 1 years old.

Please advise,

Deselex is used to treat allergic rhinitis [nose allergy] and Singulair is used to prevent asthma. AC 200 is used to clear mucous from the chest. There is no need to give your stepson the AC200. He should be seen by his doctor at regular intervals [ 6monthly] to decide if he still needs the other two medicines. He is defintely underweight for his age and the doctor should see if there is a reason for this when he goes for his next check up.
