Doc, Please help. My baby girl is 16mths and have been diagnosed with eczema (dermatitis). She only has it in her nappy area. Could you please recommend a bum cream. The dermatologist says something with a high sinc content (i am currently using antipeol). Please could you advise me

Eczema never affects the bum area so this is not eczema. There must be another cause for the rash. Zinc cream is a very effective treatment for nappy rashes. You can ask your pharmacist for this.
