It is important to realise that your baby is highly allergic to several foods. As he is allergic to soya, he cannot have a soya formula. Goats milk should be safe, but you need to give him a vitamin supplement with this kind of milk. You will find it very difficult to avoid wheat in his diet, but you can give him a rice cereal or maize cereal or porridge.Oats porridge is another breakfast food which is safe.

Hi Mahira,

My little one doesn' t have eczema, but I used to. After doing a lot of reading and searching on the internet, what came up mostly was that eczema should be treated internally. Meaning that creams will help, but only short term. What was recommended was taking Evening Primrose Oil as a suplement. I took 2 a day and opened some capsules and mixed it with aqueous cream just to help the itch. I would suggest as well as changing her diet and reading labels, use the Evening Primrose Oil as well, open a capsule and put it in her porridge. Rub the oil on her eczema as well. You can get it at any chemist and only in capsule form.

I did this and I don' t suffer any more from eczema.

I hope that helps.

hi my daughter has severe eczema and is allergic to milk, soya, fish, eggs and nuts to. She drinks tea with juice and i give her a calcium supplement since she can have no dairy.Goats milk still contains lactose so it is not suitable. Try giving her oats in the morning or an oat based cereal, or rice based cereal.
wishing you and you daughter all the best!
