I'm 19 years old, struggeling with what the docter says is eczema. I use creams and medication and it seems to go away I also use fragorance free soaps and lotions. lately my face has been getting these strange itchy spots- not like pimple spots, but rough redish spots. It dries and makes little scabes and leave white marks! what should I do?

The first thing you need to do is to get the correct diagnosis. You may have a condition called psoriasis. I suggest that you see a dermatologist as soon as you can.
