I have answered many similar questions. We do not have to force children to eat. If they are not ill, they will eat when they are hungry. By far the most important thing is not to provide ANY alternative to the food that she gets at the table. NO snacks, chips or sweets, because many children satisfy their hunger with these unhealthy "foods".
It is not she that is naughty, the real problem lies with the adults who provide these snacks, which are not in her best interest.

Hi there,
My son was also like that so someone advised me to give him the kind of food he wants(but you must guide her if she makes unhealthy choices). He would say that he wants some Kellogs Rice crispies at night and I make sure I put enough and I noticed that he finishes the whole bowl.sometimes he just want to eat eggs only and i'll make him 2 eggs and some slices of cucumber and juice,he will eat and finish everything.Try listening to her needs, you might be suprised.
Good Luck!
