Q.

ear discharge

my baby is 11 month 2 weeks and two weeks ago he flue and he started to ozze yellowish discharge in his one ear (right)and he also likes scraching his ears but he still continues playing normally.I took him to the doctor and he referred me to a specialist(appointment is on the 18/12/2007), i need to know if is this a serious condition.The discharge comes and go and i am really worried.

If his ear is discharging this means that he had a severe ear infection and his ear drum burst. This must be treated properly so you must keep the appointment with the ENT specialist.
