Paediatrician

This is not an easy question to answer as dribbling at 2 years may still be normal although he is getting rather 'old' to still be dribbling. Your son has all his teeth.Children with enlarged adenoids and tonsils may dribble like this so it is worthwhile asking an ENT specialist to see your son.If you are at all concerned about your son's developmental milestones he should be assessed by a paediatrician.
