Dont know how to describe my childs behaviour

My child is 3 years and 4 months old to be precise. She was operated on her front suture when she was 2 months old. Because of this we have spoilt her rotten. Her behaviour however is not normal to me. She still cries for everything that she wants, throws tantrums and I cant take her anywhere where she doesnt make a scene. Her occupation therapist has told me that she is not autistict coz i wondered this at a stage. Is it perhaps ADD? Please help and what should I do. I am now desperate. Is she going to get over this? I am under a lot of stress.

These sound like typical temper tantrums. I have recently replied to a similar question. Please follow the advice you will find there. She will respond well to removal of the audience that she wishes to impress.
