Q.

do i have to give vitamins

my daughter is 4 and a half yrs old and she eats almost any fruit and veg u can except 4 an onion (besides cooked) she eats her fresh veggies raw e.g brocli ,cauliflower ,greenbeans etc . She is very skinny and tall ,but she very seldom has colds, flu ,sores or even diahorea .Although her 4 front teeth are decayed the rest are absoluteley healhy ,do u still suggest I give her a vitamin syrup or something , most other moms say I should but I feel she gets it all from her fruit and veg ,not to 4get she loves chicken and fish.
