Q.

Diaree (3 1/2 Months old)

My baby boy has had diaree since Saturday. I gave him Puritee's Dihidration flued, Cloroped and buscopan. He was beter last night so I gave him his bottle again (Nan1) This morning the diaree started again. He had 7 dirty nappies since 6:00 and only drank 70ml dihidration flued.

I have an appiontment at the doctor but can you tell me how much per dirty nappy should he drink? His current weight is 5.4kg.

You need to discus this with your doctor, because it depends on the consistency and volume of each stool. As a rule of thumb 50ml of rehydration fluid for every loose stool will do no harm.
