Q.

Daughter has pains constantly in her legs. Always complains of aches in her legs and feet

Please advise what can be done about this. She is 3 and a half and is very little only weighs 12kgs. Could this be growing pains. If so what can be done to ease the discomfort?

Growing pains usually occur only at the end of a strenuous day. If your child is complaining about constant pain even in the early morning, then it will require further investigation.

Hi ! I have the same problem, it runs in our family. Only answers I get is overweight causes it, but I doubt that strongly. The only thing that seems to help is rubbing the knees with aromatherapy oils. Good luck.
