Dear Dr,

Which heater is safest to use in baby's room? Our apartment is extremely cold as it only has tiled floors except for our room where baby sleeps. It also has very high ceilings and oil heaters does not really do much to heat the place up. All that really works is a gas heater but the idea of gas around baby scares me. Is there one heater that is much safer than all the rest to at least use in the room?

Thanks,
Daisy

Do not use a gas heater in your baby's room. The safest heater is the oil filled kind. You need to get a more efficient model, possibly with more vanes if your one does not work.
