My baby is 10 months old now and is still not crawling!! She can also not pull herself into a sitting position yet1 She is very healthy and sits well and shuffles all over! Is this normal?

This is perfectly normal. Many babies skip crawling altogether, so do not worry. She will probably go from here to pulling herself upright and supporting herself in the next 4 to 8 weeks and then start walking unaided after another 4 weeks or so.
