Q.

Constant watery stool

My almost 7 year old daughter seems to have constant watery stools. I was wondering if this could be indicative of a food allergy. There are times when she has a fairly solid stool but this doesn''t happen very often. She also tends to complain quite a bit about having a sore tummy. Could you guide me as to what I should do to help her?
Thank you

Paediatrician

Your daughter could well have a food allergy or intolerance. The most likely cause is a gluten intolerance called Coeliac Disease. Your daughter definitely needs to be seen by a paediatrician as soon as possible.
