PEDIATRICIAN PLS!, My sister '  s son is 5 yrs old today, he'  s been living with my grandmother far from where we live, when i checked his birth certificate and his immunization card, i can see the last time he went for it is when he was only 6 weeks old, now im not sure what to do since he is already 5 yrs and he must start school next year, do i have to take him to the clinic for these immunizations he skipped? Pls don'  t ask me about his mother. Thanks.

Your nephew has definitely missed many immunisations. He was due for measles at 9 months, Hepatitis A at 12 months and the MMR at 15 months. Then a booster at 18 months. At 6 years he is due for a booster. It would be a good idea to take him now for all the immunisations that he has missed. Take his card along with you.
