Q.

Concerned

I am very concerned about my LO one tooth. It was about two weeks ago that he fell on his mouth, there was lots of blood but luckily no teeth came out. But now that one tooth is turning a grey/brown colour, and I know that it is a dead tooth but I' m just concerned that it might fall out and he is only 3, don' t want him to walk with out his tooth, just scared that I' ll have dental problems later on when he gets older.

This is very common and you are correct your son has damaged one his teeth. Fortunately this is only a milk tooth and even if it falls out there should be no problem when he is due to get his permanent teeth. It may be a good idea to see your dentist just to be on the safe side.
