Q.

cold?

Hi my 1 year old has had a runny nose for a week. Have been putting some Karvol next to her bed in the evenings as her nose is a bit blocked then, but it has been a week now - is the something else I should do to help get rid of it? Is there anything you can rub on there chest at this age?

Your baby has a bad cold.Do not rub anything on her chest and do not use Karvol next to her bed as it irritates her. Only use saline nose drops twice a day until her nose clears up.
