Cod Liver Oil and Omega 3

Hi, my son turns 6 in July and has Asthma. He is currently using Ventalin and Seretide pumps. He is in Grade R. The teacher just told me that he has a concentration problem. I have noticed this as well. He gets bored very quickly. I heard that I can use Omega 3 with ADD and Cod Liver oil. It apparently feeds the brain and imune system. I just would like to know if it is safe to give to a six year old and if I can give it together. The teacher said as it is his first time in a school, will she evaluate him. If there is no change towards the end of the year, then maybe I must get him tested for ADD and dylexia. He struggles with some of the numbers and to put pictures or storys that was told in sequence. He struggles to say what happend first, middle and last. Please let me know if it is safe to use the medication together and with a Asthma boy.

It will be safe to give these supplements to your son. In fact it is a very good idea to give him extra Omega 3 and 6 now.
