Q.

Coarser foods

Hi there,
My baby is 11 months old and is still not able to eat chunkier food. Everytime I try to give him something to chew it looks like he wants to choke and then he throws up terribly...he is not interested in anything else but smooth purity food. Although when i put something in my mouth he seems to be very interested in what it is. I really feel that he is needing more and want to know what is sufficient for them at this age up to a year. Could you please help....Thank You!!!

If his weight is OK then he is getting enough. He does not seem to be hungry so he must be satisfied. Have patience with him he will eventually start eating coarser food.
