Q.

circumsition

My son is five years i wanted to send him to circumsition but i think its too late i should have done that when he was young, i'm thinking its better to wait until he is grown up . Maybe he will be big enough to take the pain , your comments will be appreciated.

There does not appear to be any medical reason for circumcision here so the operation is not necessary.

Good day

I had my son circumsised at 9 days old and I dont regret doing it. He didnt even cry that much and was fine after a day. For cleanliness reasons I think it's very good to have your son circumsised the younger they are the better. I dont think five years old is that big. Do it now before he gets much older and feels the pain more.

Regards

May I ask why you want to have him circumcised? I ask this because here in America, most boys are circ'ed. However, my husband is English and our first son was born in England. I was set on having my son circ'd because that is the way in America. However, after much thought, I changed my mind. Why do we circumcise? There is no medical need for it. Now I'm very glad I didn't....even my second son who was born in the States did not get circ'd.
