Q.

Changing baby formula

My little one has a lot of phlegm and sometimes vomits a lot of it out at night. he cries and doesn't sleep until he has vomited it out. this worries me a lot as he is most of the time congested also. I have been advised to change the formula I use, I use infacare. which milk should I change him to? I am in south Africa.

It is possible that your baby is allergic to cow's milk. try him on NAN HA first and see if he is better on this formula. If he continues to vomit and is still so full of mucous while on NAN HA, you can try him on an advanced anti-allergy formula such as Similac Alimentum.
